Slow cooked Lamb necks with Veg

1 lamb neck
4 carrots, 1 large sweet potato & 1 onion chopped into chunks. 2 - 3 garlic clover peeled and sliced. 

1 cup of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 teaspoon of cumin ground
Half a cup of water
Salt and pepper

Firstly brown the lamb necks in oil. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the lamb necks and the vegetables. Cook in a crock pot on low or in a casserole pot with the lid on in oven at 160 degrees celsius for 8 hours.
