Sticky Beef ribs (Also can use lamb ribs for this recipe) Ribs can be fatty or tough, with this foolproof method, they will be divine!

Step 1 - Put ribs in big pot, cover with water and simmer for one hour. Remove, and once cooled a bit, remove fat, either pull away or use knife.

Step 2 - Marinade, use your choice of the things you love, I think you cannot fail with soy, chilly, ginger, lemon and lime (juice & zest) honey or treacle.  A fabulous marinade for ribs is soy (4 tbsn) chillies deseeded and chopped, fresh chopped ginger, juice of a lime, some lime zest, treacle (3 tbsn) 1 stick cinnamon stick, broken up, 125 ml pineapple juice from a carton. Marinade for a few hours, or overnight if you can.

Step 3 - Place ribs on tray in oven, cook for 1 hour at 200 degrees, turning once, remove from oven, tip liquid into saucepan and put dryer ribs back in oven for a bit. Heat up "sauce" on the hot-plate, when it starts to foam up a bit add a bit more molasses, then remove ribs, pour sauce over & HOOK IN!
